At first glance, Pirouette shades appear like roman shades. But, as they adjust open, the flat front panels fold in half, revealing the sheer backing fabric. This sheer fabric pulls light into the room, without the glare. When the vanes close back up, the entire shade can roll up out of the way–into the headrail at the top of the window. Now available with the sharp, crisp look of Clearview, the sheer backing enhances your view, while incoming light is still softened. Exclusive Vanes
When Pirouette shades are down and closed, they appear similar to roman shades. As the vanes begin to open, they fold in place, seemingly suspended in mid-air. What’s revealed is a sheer backing that displays a backdrop of the outdoor landscape.
Sheer Fabrics
The backdrop of sheer fabrics is available in two versions. The traditional sheers offer a soft, hazy view of the landscape. The newest innovation introduces black sheer fabrics to Pirouette shades. These sheers sharpen the view for an enhanced display. Both options soften the entering light without glare for a comfortable ambiance.
Versatile Positions
When closed, Pirouette shades block the view and increase light control. The opening of the fabric vanes invites softened natural light and a dynamic view-through. Finally, these window shades roll into the headrail. Stop at any point along the way to experience partial coverage of the window. They will roll entirely into the headrail when necessary to reveal the full window.
